- Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
5. **Return Authorization:**
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark this RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item(s).
6. **Return Shipping:**
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
7. **Inspection and Processing:**
- Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Store credit will be issued within 5 business days after the inspection is complete.
